Phoenix Contact introduces intrinsic safety versions of the MINI Analog Pro Ex signal conditioners, featuring both energy-limiting and functional safety in a compact package. With these new signal conditioners, process engineers can isolate, convert, filter, and amplify signals in the most hazardous areas.

For applications that call for single-channel integrity (one signal per housing), this solution is half the width of any module in the market at only 6.2 mm wide. The angled housing with its visual termination points makes wiring easy.
Optional push-in wire termination makes them even easier and quicker to wire. A pluggable housing and integrated current loop test points lend to a smooth setup and simplified signal testing. Free software and easy-to-find product specification references via QR code make the technician’s job easier.

All of the intrinsic safety (Ex i) signal conditioners in the MINI Analog Pro family are certified for applications up to SIL 3 1oo1 (one out of one). The MINI Analog Pro Ex modules have international Ex approvals, making them suitable for hazardous locations worldwide.
